Urang was formed in 1999 and has three distinct divisions: Property Management (which covers Block Management, Lettings and Sales), Building (which covers major external redecorations, insurance repairs and general refurbishment), and Cleaning & Maintenance (which offer cleaning services, pest control, handyman services, drainage, plumbing and electrical works). The company has over 30 professionals working in its London offices and teams working on many sites throughout London at any one time.

Property Management

Urang manage residential and commercial blocks throughout Greater London.  The portfolio of over 300 blocks under our management continues to expand as a result of recommendations from clients and lessees who are happy with the attention they receive from our management team.

Right to Manage

Right to Manage was introduced to empower leaseholders, who generally hold the majority of value in the property, to take responsibility for the management of their block. Urang would be pleased to take you through the RTM process without charging for our time if you commit to appointing us to manage the property.
