COSTS

  • Typically £300+VAT per flat/unit per annum, depending on no of flats/units and complexity of management. Can be lower for larger developments.
  • Management of Section 20 works: 8-12% +VAT depending on size and complexity and can be lower if residents' sub-committee assists in contractor vetting and funds collection
  • Handover fee: £125-500 +VAT depending on state of affairs at handover
  • Individual flat/house management: typically £100+VAT per month
