Urang offer a project management service to all properties that are interested in carrying out refurbishment works to their building which include, but are not limited to; internal, external and roof works.

  • We have an in-house team of project managers, surveyors and health and safety advisors which are all important roles to ensure the project runs smoothly and successfully.
  • Urang have various specialist departments working together to ensure there is no breakdown in communication and delays are minimalised as the input of external suppliers are not required.
  • Specification of works, Section 20 process, planning application process, ensuring appointed contractors have necessary documentation.
  • Liaising with leaseholders, contacting tenants and arranging renewals, regular site inspections and reports to the client.
